    A fine conversion of a 19th-century bank building, this place boasts beautifully designed public spaces and a comfortable King Room stocked with thoughtful amenities. Service was really good, especially from the valet who greeted us cheerfully in the rain and the front desk staff who handled our car promptly at checkout.
